Incorporated in 1995, and commenced operations in 1997, Heartbeat Investments Limited (Heartbeat) is a Trading License Holder of The Exchange Limited (NGX), and registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), to perform Capital market operations in all its ramifications.

The Company has an issued and fully paid share capital of N1,025,000,000.00 divided into 1,025,000,000 units of N1.00 each and held exclusively by Nigerian Shareholders.

As a mark of recognition of our experience and integrity among other criteria, Heartbeat was elected into the National Council of The Nigerian Stock Exchange in the year 2000.

The company came into being as a result of the vision of some highly talented and experienced Stockbroking and Investment management personnel, who saw the need to take the art of Stockbroking beyond the ordinary realms of buying and selling shares.
