Senator Salisu Ibrahim Musa-Matori (Dan-Masanin Bauchi) – Chairman He is a man of many parts, a seasoned Administrator; he was a distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, representing Bauchi South Federal Constituency. He was born in 1941. His humble beginning started with his primary education in 1948-1957 Jos, Plateau State which was climaxed with a Diploma Certificate in Business Administration. He also obtained various professional certificates including that of the School of Careers in London, England.

Alhaji Musa-Matori had working experiences with the UACN Group as an Area Sales Representative between 1966 and 1969 before joining Total Oil as a Sales Representative. He later had the appointment converted to Dealership having the largest service station in Kano. Whilst in UACN Group, he attended various training programs both within and outside the country.

Senator Musa-Matori sits on many Boards as Chairman or Director, among which are Royal Exchange Assurance Nigeria Plc, Nigeria Asbestos Industry Limited, Bauchi State Investment and Property Development Company Limited, Nigeria Machine Tools, UNIPetrol Nigeria Plc, amongst others. He is married with children.

Cletus Osazee Imasuen
Managing Director/CEO

He is an alumnus of the Polytechnic of North London (now the University of North London) and Enugu State University of Science and Technology, where he obtained his Higher National Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Postgraduate Diploma in Economics, and MBA in Banking and Finance, respectively. In 1988, he obtained the prestigious authorized Clerkship Certificate of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCS).

Before this, he worked for four (4) years in the United Kingdom at various senior management positions with UNWINS Limited, a multinational wine marketing company. He joined the services of Newdevco Finance Services Company Limited (NEWDEVCO) a subsidiary of New Africa Merchant Bank Limited in 1986, and later became the General Manager/Chief Executive.

He was also the Head of the Corporate Banking division of the bank, the position he held before joining the services of Heartbeat Investments Limited in 1997. Mr. Imasuen seats on the board of Sigma Pensions Limited (PFA) and he is the chairman of the Investments Strategy Committee of the Board.

Henry Aidomoje Izegaegbe
Executive Director/COO

He Was the General Manager with responsibilities which include Development Strategy and Operations. He is a pioneer staff of the Company and has been responsible for the general management of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Mr. Izegaegbe holds the Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Lagos State University, with a specialization in Financial Management. He is an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, and also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Before joining Heartbeat Investments Limited, he worked for the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA) as senior Accountant, Edo State University (now Ambrose Alli University) as Internal Auditor. He was also Acting Head of Accounts Department of Pharmacists Council of Nigeria, a position he held before joining Heartbeat Investments Limited in 1997.

Imasuen Eghosa, is a graduate of accounting from Benson Idahosa University, Benin City Edo State. He began his career as an Auditor –Training with Muhtari Dangana & Co. He was among the team of auditors that audited several companies, including the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA)

In his quest to build a career in the Financial Services Sector, he joined First City Monument Bank as a Platform Officer. While in the bank, he has worked in various

departments before his appointment to Heartbeat Investments Limited as a Non-Executive Director.

Itohan Rosemary Imasuen
Non-Executive Director

She is a Staff Nurse/Midwife by training and obtained the relevant Diploma certificates from the Edo State School of Nursing and Midwifery.

Mrs. Itohan Imasuen holds a BSc in Health Education with a specialization in Health/Human Management from the University of Lagos. She is currently a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and Deputy Head of Nursing Services at, the University of Lagos Teaching Hospital (LUTH).

Her professional training and Human Management Skills are an asset to the board.

Eghosa Imasuen
Non-Executive Director

Eghosa Imasuen, is a graduate of accounting from Benson Idahosa University, Benin City Edo State. He began his career as an Auditor –Training with Muhtari Dangana & Co. He was among the team of auditors that audited several companies, including the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).
